need to stop a fraud e commerce site

Hello guys I need help regarding the shutting down of a company which is conducting fraud

which company & what kind of help do you need? What kind of fraud they have done?

If you feel you got cheated or you think the co. isnt a genuine one or is engaged into malpractices head to consumer forum or consumer court.
If you have hard evidence then you can also take help of local police.

Its A e-commerce site running by the name 100bestbuy.com. they lure customers with contests promising products for low price and then thats all they will just irritate with their poor customer service until you think that its best to leave there itself.first I thought it happened with only me then I found all these reviews

I'm thinking of something better like filing a petition on change.org so that I can stop them completely from operating.
I did complain on CORE(the consumer court) as expected nothing happened.
I want help form you people so that such sites should be banned(especially this one first) from functioning you can help in different ways You can go to its facebook and report it as a scam (as it is a very big one). Or you can suggest a better alternative ways to counter this site.

From the WHOIS details, looks like it is registered in the US.

You should probably look up sites related to the US...

We cannot directly stop their servers. But instead what I am asking is to shutdown their call center and other services which are based in bangalore.

I think they are already closed .I called them they said they are not accepting any new orders or payments.I called them and Akosha and got refund.You can email them may be and get refund..Now since they have already closed..No point complaining
