Local prices will vary by few hundred bucks. Also IIRC, Sunil is from Hyderabad. So he may not be knowing exact local Delhi market prices or any dealer.
 
Smc international is in Nehru place. Try asking them for a quote. You won't get exact same prices since they vary from day to day depending on supply & demand.
