Else i would recommend the Sempron+760G. It have much more gaming prowess and upgrading headroom in case needed.

Well for monitor you can go for BenQ G925HD - 5.1k and no speakers, HDD 250GB Seagate ~1.5k. So this way u can save Rs.1550 and decrease cost of rig to 17.3k.

Dont skimp on power supply (PSU/SMPS) since the office PSU needs good stability and min. downtime and local PSU's can let u down (more probability than a good one like the FSP SAGAII 350w.

Then a good UPS would cost ~1.5k ( I would recommend the Numeric 600VA ~ 1.5k)
