Monitors Need ur advice to buy Monitor

Hi Guys

My friend's monitor is not working anymore and its dead now.

He wants to buy a a new monitor now.

He prefers 22 or 24 inch monitor

Please let me know which one to buy?

What is your budget? What is the primary usage?

His Budget is mot more than 14k and primary use is gaming and surfing.

BTW he is not a heavy gamer

Buy BenQ E2220HD (22 incher) ~ 8.6k... this monitor has 11 ports including two HDMI ports...and its a great monitor for browsing, gaming and for watching HD movies...

Other Option is Dell U2311H which is IPS panel. Excellent for movies, but not so good for gaming. better than any TN panel.

Dell U2311 without a shadow of doubt. Unless you want 27" or more which isn't possible in this budget

i still vote for 2420hd for 10k.. VFM product full HD proper 24inch monitor unlike samsung. My friend got sansui TV monitor 37inch for 17k

Hey Rocky you need to state your frnds PC configuration, otherwise he wont be able to play on the new monitor.What I mean to say is "if his graphics card or system is not powerful enough to run games at Full HD(which is in the monitors recommended by members here) then his hard spent money will be lost".He can play on lower resolutions but not on native resolution and that might lead to distorted and faded gameplay.
