CPU/Mobo Need urgent advice on these two motherboards

hi i try to build budget pc for my sister, she fixes intel g620. but really confusing on these two motherboards.these two looks similar1. Asus p8h61_mlx (3050rs)2. Asrock H61M (3232rs) (it had usb 3.0 rear ports.What should you suggest for this processor.
 
Go for the ASUS P8H61-M LX ~3100/-. ASRock is a decent buy but their after sales in India is under a cloud. So stick to a well known brand in the Indian diaspora; namely ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSi OR Intel. This will avoid hassles later for your sister.

No that particular model does not have PCI slots, if you want a motherboard with the same; look at these models --

ASUS P8H61-M PLUS ~3500/-
Intel DH61WW ~3500/-
GIGABYTE GA-H61M-D2H ~3200/-

All the above mentioned motherboards have a PCI slot where you can add a USB 3.0 adapter card.
