Storage Solutions Need urgent help drive not opening

I have a WD Green 1tb hard disk and have 3 drives in it

1st drive has 45gb 2nd has 650gb and rest is third drive

the problem is that the drive containing 650gb of movies isnt opening - my computer tab just hangs after double clicking on the drive and then my computer icon on top left becomes a white icon, while the other 2 drives are working perfectly

i have hell lot of movies on stake at the moment

please help me

Is there something i need to do or should i apply for rma ?

also i dont have enough space to have backup of this data

i have done nothing yet - as soon as i faced this problem i checked hd tune and looking for any solution other than rma first

and i am using xp 32bit
 
install the service packs again. xp does not detect partitions above 150GB or something. they had to release service packs for that. i had that problem. Install the service packs again. see if it helps.

ok currently i am using service pack 2, will try updating to sp3 and then see

but till now i have been using sp2 only and i never got this type of problem, or should i change the sata cable as shown in the warning by hd tune ?
 
it's windows xp. no one can tell when it plans to change it's mind and screw with you. :P

yeah you could try that. see if it helps.
