Need urgent help for upgrading pc

HELLO I LIVE IN KOLKATA AND I HAVE PLAN TO UPGRADE IT BY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2010 - 3RD SEPTEMBER 2010.

MY Present Budget- Rs 15000 + 2500

Intended Use - 1) Photo Processing
2) 3d modeling (Blender), 3d Animation
3) Video Streaming and Processing
4) Casual Gaming But in High Set Up
N.B. I WANT TO USE MY CPU, MOTHER BOARD AND RAM AT LEAST FOR NEXT 4YEARS.

I have planned the following Up gradation:
CPU : PHENOM II X2 555 BE -Rs 4600
MOTHER BOARD (DDR 3) : ASUS M4A 785TD-V-EVO - Rs 5450

M4A 88 TD-M EVO /USB3 - Rs 5700-6000

OR
MOTHER BOARD (DDR 2) :ASUS M4A 785 TD -M-PRO - Rs 4200

OR
GIGABYTE GA MA 785GM -US2H- Rs- Rs 4000
CABINET - CM 310 ELITE(WITH 120mm FRONT INTAKE FAN) -Rs 1800
PSU - CM EXTREME 500WATT -Rs 2850
DVD RW - LG- Rs- 900

My Present Machine Is Like That:
ATHLON 4000+, ASUS M2N8-VMX, NVIDIA GEFORCE 8500 GT 512 MB, 1GBx4 DDR II 667 MHz KINGSTON, VIEWSONIC VA1716w, MICROSOFT KEY BOARD AND MOUSE, 500 GB SATA II SEGATE + 160 GB SEGATE SATA PATA, 1394 PCI CARD, CABINET AND SMPS - KB112 MERCURY, ASUS DVD RW.
I ALSO HAVE A NET BOOK FOR GENERAL USE.

I Want to Retain The Following :
GRAPHICS CARD - NVIDIA GEFORCE 8500 GT 512 MB
RAM-1GBx4 DDR II 667 MHz KINGSTON
MONITOR- VIEWSONIC VA1716w (1440x900)
KEYBOARD AND MOUSE - MICROSOFT
HDD - 500 GB SATA II SEGATE + 160 GB SEGATE SATA PATA
1394 PCI CARD

I WILL DO THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMATIC UP GRADATION: BY NEXT 6 MONTH
GRAPHICS CARD
22" MONITOR BENQ
HDD - 1TB SEGATE

OVER CLOCK= NO; CORE UNLOCKING YES

NOW MY QUESTION IS:
1) SHOULD I GO FOR DDR3 BOARD AND DDR3 RAM OR JUST USING MY OLDER RAM WITH DDR2 MOTHER BOARD, AS 2x2 GB 1333 MHz CORSAIR RAM COSTS Rs 4600?
2) SHOULD I REPLACE MY OLDER GRAPHICS CARD?
3) SHOULD I USE AFTER MARKET CPU COOLER OR WITH CORE UNLOCKING STOCK COOLER IS ENOUGH FOR DOING MY JOBS?:huh:
 
As u have 4GB of RAM i would say better use them now and save up the money for later upgrades. You dont have enough money for DDRIII transition.

AthlonII X4 635 ~ 5k (True quad core. Dont gamble if ur needs require a true quad)

Gigabyte GA MA 785GM -US2H ~ 4k

CABINET - CM 310 ELITE(WITH 120mm FRONT INTAKE FAN) ~1.8k

PSU - Corsair CX400 ~ 2.7k. If u plan to go for something like the GTX460 then the Corsair VX450~3.7k. Avoid Cm Extreme and CM Extreme Power plus. They are made up of inferior materials and do not deliver rated wattage.

DVD RW - LG- Rs~0.9k
 
stick wit the ddr2 ram... u wont take much of a performance hit... if ur goin in for 22inch monitor think of something like a 5770 or GTX460... 5770 takes less power though so u can go for the above mentioned cx400 smps ... keep that in mind... core unlocking is upto u... the ASUS M4A 785TD-V-EVO - Rs 5450 can definitely do it... as i have the same board... unlocking seems to give the best bang for buck but only if ur lucky :)
