Need Urgent help, Proccy+Mobo+Ram under 6k

I need to urgently upgrade my system and have a very tight budget of 6k. Kindly suggest processor, RAM and Motherboard under 6k.

PS: Intel preferred, but then beggars are not choosers, so suggest AMD as well.
 
i doubt if you could get all under 6k...please increase your budget...

intel E5300- 2.8k

Gigabyte G41 combo- 2.5

RAM kingston 2GB DDR3 1333mhz- 2k
 
Thanks sri_k, If required I will have to increase the budget. Need to check the status of current Mobo/Proccy/RAM combo and if it survives this night. Its been a nightmare till now!

Athlon II X2 240 ~2.8k / Athlon II X3 435 ~3.5k

Gigabyte M61PME-S2P ~2k / ASUS M2N68-AM Plus ~2.3k / Biostar A780L~2/6k

2GB DDR2 Kingston 2k / 1GB DDR2 ~1.1k
