CPU/Mobo Need Urgent Help!!

Something unpredictable has occurred with my system.I've the following config:
Intel core i3 540
Intel DH55TC
Corsair 2*2GB Ram
Corsair VX450w

The system is not booting up,it keeps on rebooting again and again without displaying anything on the screen.Checked all the power cables they are fine.....but it is not booting up.I'd just bought the system in march.Could you pls help me asap....thanks in advance
 
first of all change RAM, after that check that ur CPU is not over heated, fans are running properly, check MB's capacitor, if there is something strange, contact service center.

sometimes, it happens just bcz of OS crash and mismatch of Drivers.

Make sure ur system is not infected.
 
try to boot in safe mode

replace RAM and use single ram to test after cleaning them

it looks like PSU could be a culprit [could be]

did u installed any new s/w or hardware ... remove/uninstall to see if it work
