Need Visual Basic 6.0 and Oracle for Programming !

Guys i need to know from where can i get Visual Basic 6.0 and Oracle for programming asap as my college project is coming up and i need to start on it soon so links required for downloading them !
Tried googling for links but couldnt get them ! help needed
 
oracle is free for non-commercial use .. try more googling for vb6 .. it's available

better skip to .net :)
 
Arre i don't have any other option except for using VB 6.0 because its in the college syallbus as in M.U syllabus which sux ! So i need VB 6.0 urgently. Tried googling and also tried MSDN and microsofts site but found only service packs and run time packs but no installation files ! Help needed !
