Need volume control bar for Windows which is similar to Linux Mint volume bar

In Linux Mint 8 Gnome edition, there is a horizontal bar which shows the level at which the volume is.

Is there any similar thing available via any application for Windows????

I had seen a similar app featured in Lifehacker once but cant find it now.

Not exactly Mint style but as long as it has an on-screen volume display, right?
This one emulates the Mac OS volume OSD and also supports hotkeys for increasing, decreasing and muting the volume.
