Need Website designers!

Hi,
Me and a work partner want to start a website based on a concept.

We want that to be able to handle dynamic content like pictures and text available by clicking on the interested topic with it appearing in a section in the same window.
What kind of technologies would help us make such a website both fast and user friendly.

As said by RAVI already, AJAX is well suited(and much powerful) for this type of work. Or u can use iframes (much simpler). And as suggested bu anant, VS2008 can be used if you know how to code in asp.net. Or u can always hire freelancers or web designers to do all that for you .
