I havent updated my Win7 ever till date and I dont want to go through the usual built-in windows update procedure for getting new updates.

I need to install updates and SP1 manually and offline.
So is there any single such ISO or packed zip file I can find on the web but on trusted genuine websites?

I found This one @ Microsoft but dont know if it contains SP1 and latest updates. Its the latest one till sep-2014. I want to download but if its useless then I dont want to waste my precious internet bandwidth.
So suggest on this and please post related link from where I can download and install genuine updates offline.

You can slipstream the SP1 and all the updates from that DVD image with your existing windows 7 DVD copy with the help of NTlite.

I got sp1. Now I just need all windows updates till at least Oct 2014 in a single exe/iso file after the date of sp1.

I don't think you will get all updates in a single exe... how is that even possible... did you even think about what you are writing?

I also don't think that the updates are available as a single ISO file somewhere.

Suggesting a software for you.. Windows Updates Downloader: http://www.windowsupdatesdownloader.com/

With this, you can download all the updates you need for your system, and then, as suggested above, you can slipstream all of these, with your existing Windows 7 SP1 DVD, with the help of NTLite.

That's the best bet.

Also, why don't you install the updates via Windows Updates... what's wrong with that?

Good link @topgear ... didn't know about this.

However, there are two points to note about these ISOs.

First, individual ISOs for each month has to be download separately. The latest ISO image will not contain all the past updates.

Second, the ISOs will contain security updates for all versions of Windows released in that month.

These two points are covered here:

Looking at this, it looks like there will be lots of ISOs to download.

This is really strange way of providing updates to the users. Why can't Microsoft provide a single ISO for all updates for different Windows versions separately? Why should a user download updates for all Windows versions, when all he requires is updates for only a particular Windows version. Really weird.
