NEED Wireline broadband in Naraina vihar I-Block, Delhi

Hey people.
need some help regarding wireline broadband connection in delhi.
my friend lives in naraina vihar in delhi, and he needs a wireline broadband connection except for MTNL(as they refuse to give coz his house on lease)
so suggest me something good..required plan is 256 or 512kbps unlimited for max to max 800 bucks.
so if u can get me something, preferably with a no and contact address, tht wud be real help

Ask him to check whether Reliance broadband is available in his area. They have pretty good tariff plans.
