Deepakrao had terrible experiance with them very recently. Ask him once what it is actually and proceed then.

I ordered half of my current pc build from them and had no issues. I asked for availability of all the parts beforehand. Told them to change the courier partner for some of the parts and they obliged. Though they can be unresponsive on WhatsApp sometimes but I guess most online retailers are same in this aspect. Although individual experiences can vary :rolleyes:

Negative experience on the pricing.

They draw you in with the low price on search.

Then increase it once you got to pay citing xyz charges.

On the delivery front, was extremely positive.

Confirmed the availability beforehand and placed the order. Was shipped out the same day and reached me in another tier 1 city in 2 days. Changed shipping partner on my request.

I have had positive experience with them. I'm from Kolkata and have ordered multiple items including a noctua cooler, a motherboard and RAM. They do charge approximately 90/- to 180/- extra per item over and above listed price in the name of shipping insurance. If you pay via UPI, no other charges are levied. They do ship via some not-so-mainstream surface courier though (Shree Tirupati Couriers) and it took almost a week for the items to reach me on both occasions. Packaging was decent, so overall it turned out fine.
