Needed help to send WU (Western Union) to USA

Can anyone please help in sending WU to USA .

I need to send 190$ to someone in the USA

I will pay the whole amount + service charge to you via NEFT

Note: According to my knowledge, Indian's cannot send outward remittance to USA via WU

If Indians cant send money via WU, what makes you think some one other than you will be able to send it?

Also, too lazy to go to your bank and remit money via your own account?

I would have payed the person as I do have money in my USA bank account. But the problem is that adding the person as payee in my bank of America account would require SMS confirmation and that I don't have any more. So I cannot add anyone as payee.
Still I can give it a try, give me the account number, bank name and routing number of the person and I will see if it allows me.

This ^ or alternatively ask the guy to open a PP (it has future uses too). You can send the money to PP which then can be withdrawn to the bank directly.
