You should tell the folks what is it that you will be using it for...then it becomes easier to recommend..

Samsung N148 is retailing for 13~14k on ebay...It gives 10+hr battery backup...

seriously. 10+hr. ....you mean standby or what... :| ,
normally all netbooks carry a 24whr battery.. and in general the system load is 4w LCD+2w proc +1w systems,leaks etc... so that. makes them total around 7wperhr devide it by 24 so you get 3.5 the runnning time.
my HP mini 210 gives me roughly 2hrs of run time + I can make omlate toast on it's base, but that's just complementary service, HP says they won't charge for it you know.. ;-)

yup, MSI x370 with same config with 13.3" screen and windows 7 home preminum is 26k, this is what I got.
