my netbook was working fine and i left it on and slept. wake and screen was not turning on . tried restart , hard shut down but not working . totally black . only once did it very very dimly show boot logo .

laptop is working fine and im typing from it rite now after connecting to my lcd tv with hdmi cable .

the screen is barely 2 months old as prev. one was cracked by me . but i bought cheaper screen from nehru place and its not company svc one . what to do guys !!

is is acer aspire one 725
 
1) check the connector cable. most probably, the ribbon is broken.
2) second probability is the busted inverter. it's very hard to buy inverter separately in india; but you can try.
3) such "nehru place" screens have 3 months warranty. get in touch with your seller.
