Hi Gurus,
I have been using a Netgear WGR614V10 router for the past two weeks with my Reliance broadband connection.
Since then, my troubles seem unending.
1. Frequent disconnection from the internet (both wired and wireless devices)
2. Slow internet speed.
3. When the wired PC is turned off, the other wireless devices too get disconnected.
4. If the connection is idle for say about 15 mins, the wireless devices get disconnected.
The only temporary fix that I could figure out is to plug out and plug in the cable into the router/restart the router.
The support team suggested me to upgrade the firmware but after that I'm unable to connect to my office's VPN.
Please provide me your expert suggestions to fix these issues.
