I recently installed Fedora 12 from a DVD and after install I'm finding some difficulties in configuring internet on it. Previously I used Ubuntu and internet worked fine but now this problem with Fedora.

After install internet didn't work out of the box. So I made a few changes like checking the "activate device when computer starts". I thought that would solve the problem but it didn't and I dont' know a lot more that I can do.

Here are a couple of screenshots.

What kind of internet do you have? What did you have to do to configure internet for Ubuntu? Any specific settings for gateway, DNS, proxy, mask etc.?

Assuming Gnome, do you see NetworkManager applet in the panel? What status is it in? Any messages in the file "/var/log/messages" about NetworkManager?
