iOS Network Unlock Iphone 4 IOS 7 updated (softbank,Japan)

Guys I need help to unlock my iphone 4 which is already updated to ios7
Its network locked with Softbank,Japan
One of my friend brought that for me from Japan
Modem Firmware 04.12.09

I tried manish market for network unlock, but they are asking me hefty amount for same

SoftBank, Japan unlocks for iPhone are very expensive, like 10k rupees and such. I would suggest you check the xsim, rsim and such solutions for unlocking (does not actually permanently unlock).

Tried these buddy , Even Gevey isn't supporting this baseband

no option for softbank buddy
It seems I will have to use this iphone as ipod for someday
You guys can understand that I dont want t0 invest more( 2k+) in 3 yrs older iphone

Try R-Sim(old ver.). Its for 4s but i read somewhere it works on 4 also
