Networking and remote access in computer lab.

I am managing a small computer lab and all PC are connected through ethernet cable to a single router with switch hub.
Is there any way I can access or monitor each of them from a single main PC?

Install anydesk in each and set unattended access through password

You can also try Meshcommander if the PCs support vPro. Or set up a KVM with a pi and HDMI/USB switches. Although anydesk is your easiest and simplest option still.

So this method needs extra cablling between all PC? Asking because I see hdmi switches or usb switches in your reply. I may have a pi laying around unused.

Yes. Extra cabling is required, and your Pi will also need some extra accessories. Search for PiKVM for tutorials.
