so here is my network topography :
systeerm A :- my current lappie with a centrino duo proccy
intel gma 945
1 gig ram
80 gig hdd
system B :- my father's lappie more or less the specs same as my lappie but it has gma 950 and 100 gig hdd
system C :- my new desktop will recieve it in some days
My ps3
now what i want to accomplish is
i want to convert sys. A into a file and print server . i will connect my printer with it along with a usb external hdd to download torrents and the like. is there any way the internal hdd is used only while booting and spins down during 24/7 operation. i also want it to talk to sys b , c and my ps3 as a media server. i would like that the whole C:\ drive of sys A is visible to every pc along with external hdds , printers and the like.
