Hi all. I am new to the forum and I seek your wisdom already. I have a 19" f-419 neuvo monitor and yesterday it started acting up. It's less than 8 months old and im starting to have problems with it which really makes me mad....
So... here's the problem. I turn it on, it flashes (like the screen shows what it should) but only for a second...then goes black...then the led turns orange. I turn it back on, flash, back off.
Here's what i've done so far.
1. Disconnected it from the computer (this way I should get a solid blue square in the middle that should say something like "no signal" or something like that. (i cant remember) This I did and it still flashes so that completely eleminates my video card. right?
2. I replaced the power cable figuring maybe it was a bad cable. Used a brand new cable...still...flash on...flash off...David bangs his head against the desk.
So... step 3. I give up and jump on here and ask you guys.
Any help is appreciated guys/girls. I really really REALLY apreciate it.
