New 165 lts Refrigerator & 0.7 ton AC required urgently

My father was using a old Godrej fridge which is now dead. So I am looking for a new 165 lts. fridge. I donot want frost free fridge and it should be VFM product of any make suggested. Pls suggest me the fridge which has good service & does'nt break down eazily as my father will be in trouble then....

Pls also suggest me a 0.7 ton window AC for a small room (10 X 11).

Budget for both these is Rs.20,000/- (Maximum)
 
I tihnk check Samsung and LG voltage surge protection series refrigerator. If there is lot of voltage fluctuation in the are then you would need stabilizer for refrigerator. The budget is combned Rs. 20,000/- or individual? As both of them will cost you more than Rs. 20,000/-
