Graphic Cards new 6600 gt problems

hi,

i purchased a leadtek 6600 gt agp today.

After assembling everything my computer starts buts hangs in 15 to 30 secs.

i checked the power supply and even put 2 smps's to confirm that there is no problem with poer supply.

my system specs are

P4 2.4 ghz
intel 865 gbf
2 x 256 mb ram ( 333 mhz ).
80 + 160 gb hard disk

please help me out with this problem.

hmmmm 2 power supply, how did u manage to do that???(i know it can be done). What is your SMPS???

He must have dedicated one powersupply solely for the graphic card.

In either case chck your Ram too

but here the culprit was gfx card itself.

so got it replaced now it is working fine
