New BSNL account - usage and account admin

Guys,
My cousin has just taken a new dataone connection
Please tell me which links will work for his account, to get usage details and account administration (password reset etc)

I(old conn) used to access through dataone.in and the top left hyperlink, think its Usage administration or something :ashamed:
This doesnt work with his ID

You will need the portal id and password. Get it from the helpline.

You must have got a letter from BSNL Broadband. You'll find the portal username and password there

I am also facing the same issue and when contacted the helpline..they told that we need to request for the same through nearby bsnl office

go to your bsnl unit page and see if they have a link to the usage portal there. it might be in broadband troubleshooting faq also.

Use the Shaplus software to check the usage status. It's the best IMO. For the password reset you have to use the BSNL portal.

I also recently took BSNL broadband connection in Hyderabad.

The usage details can be checked in the below portal

CRM

First you have to register yourself, after logging into the portal click on the 'Service' tab.

There you will found a list of hyperlinks. Click on 'Unbilled usage' link.

Otherwise try DUF (DataOne Usage Finder). Google it and download the latest one. You have to put your user name and password.

For connections on NIB II, you still need the portal id and password. The connection id and password won't work with DUF or shaplus.
