Monitors New Gaming Monitor

I am looking to buy a new monitor for my gaming rig. I see lots of options but cant seem to zero in on any particular ones.
Are there any standard good choices?

My requirements are as follows,

1. Budget < 15K
2. 24" Minimum
3. Full HD, Resolution 1920 x 1080 or higher

I have no brand preferences.
I am considering Dell ST 2420 24" which is TN Panel. Is it good?

NOT SURE if any new TN panels are getting released . Most are IPS panels or worse ( as per my opinion ) 3D monitors
