New here - found the forum when looking for help!

Hi! It looks like this is a great community. I'm glad I found it. My laptop drive died, so I was looking for help with that (details in the "Troubleshooting" forum).

I am a small business owner, mom and computer addict. Unfortunately I know just enough to get myself into trouble, and sometimes just enough to get myself out. I don't have the technical knowhow that I would really love to have. I studies IT 10 years ago, and it's a different world now...
