No refurbished/recertified phone. Not even slightly used. Screen factory sticker was removed to confirm the IMEI of phone for unlocking purposes (sticker was printed and obstructing complete view of IMEI number) and was immediately replaced by a screen guard. Back cover sticker still on. Phone runs on Gingerbread right out of box.
