Had the same issue with another dealer, they just make a new id to increase the bid. I backed out as soon as it went above my limit.

@aguntak Yes, its worth it if the phone can be unlocked.

You can get the Iphone 4 unlocked from Orange for £20 or less on Ebay. Do a search for Iphone 4 unlock Orange.
I've had both an Iphone 4 and an 4s unlocked via this method so I know it works without any problems, The iphone 4 was unlocked in 3 hours, the 4s took 2 days.

Its locked to AT&T. You can easily get those at 540$. Hence no good deal. But as vivek posted , its awesum deal if we get a orange phone at such prices.!!

The ORANGE VODAFONE unlock wont work on AT&T bcoz the seller will contact voda/orange to add the phone's serial no. to their whitelist n d operator will instruct apple to. If the phone doesnt belongs to voda orange, then obviously it'll be rejected ... Dont waste you money!
