I went to the Aptronic(PCH Hyderabad) store which is an Apple reseller and inquired about availability of the new Macbook Air(Apple (India) - MacBook Air - Compare the 11- and 13-inch MacBook Air.).
1.The salesperson informed me that it is not yet launched in India because it would lead to the old stock not being cleared
! Is this true
2. The store also did not have the facility to upgrade to OS X Lion in-store and all their demo macs were running Snow Leopard.
3. Doesn't iWork come pre-installed on the Macbook pros ? This means that if you add iWork + Apple care to your purchase,the overall price works out to be somewhat high

4. Are there any Mac OS offline classes where I may learn the basics of learning the new OS (In Hyderabad) ?
