Bluetooth, Decent Screen Size, Good fonts, Decent batt life, MP3 player

Optional features:
Sleekness, USB charging, Camera

Brand: Any, preferrably Nokia

I am not looking for a new and trendy model, rather something that is more functional and has a decent batt life

Not sure why you say that..
I can get a Nokia N72 for 9k here...
My requirements are half as good as Nokia N72.
 
The 6233 suits ur needs...:) Thr was a shortage in the market sometime back, but it seems like its available again...my friend bought 2 pieces from alfa a few days back...:)
 
But K750i...best phone for your budget...you might have to add Rs500 or so.. But it is the best buy.

*USB Charging is available in recent models and not old. So please strike that out.
