New Nokia Firmware Update

I just bought the E71 last night. I want to update the firmware before I put in all the data. Now, as we all know, the phone comes with some preinstalled apps and some installers for apps. I think that if i update my software, ill loose all these apps. Is this true? If so, where can i get them back from? I need an urgent reply.

You can get these apps from that download application in ur phone.all pre installed apps are free ones listed in downloads
 
thanks everyone. i googled a bit and ya, i might loose some apps which ill have to redownload. i think its best that i make a list of what all came with the phone and then proceed with the update.
