90%+ people jump from WHQL to WhQL, the last WHQL was 178.24, and comparison with that will be fair. And the above stated numbers come from that. 180.43 had fan problems as well.

You can keep the nationalistic attitude to yourself rules are not meant to be broken follow this instead of rules are meant to be broken.

Anyways on topic looks like Nvidia trying to give their own gas to get sales for christmas.

Wow ! Stuttering on a 8800 GTX ? What monitor do you have ??? 30" ???

Time for me to update my drivers. I am still on 177 series or something. :ashamed:

I'm in that 90% cos I hardly bench and beta releases might interfere with my gaming! Got a major boost with these drivers in Vantage. Dunno about improvements in games cos I never count my frames in games. S' long as they run smooth...

I usually do that too, the last few months I have jumped on beta's and returned to whql. They are usually much stable!
 
Surely updating to them, since using 178.xx for quite a time.

BTW, no Hindi please, people do have problem understanding, which is not the national language of India.

I think it was supporting SLI on multiple monitors was the thing, not too sure about mixing different cards.

Nope... quite sure there was going to be the ability to mix nvidia card types, but I think it is slated for the next release BIG BANG III, which should be soon.
 
I guess multiple monitor support is a pretty good start, I never bothered to use SLI on my 680i board mainly because of the multi-monitor issue. Still... being able to mix cards would be a pretty cool trick. ;)
 
it shouldn't have been called as BIG BANG:no:
it's not a BIG deal.......improvement is there but not as big bang

if they could have added support for HYBRID SLI (as said) i would be happy for it calling "BIG BANG"
