When all 4 is connected, i get 4-5 short beep(fast) and 1 normal beep

This should really not happen IMO... I haven't faced such type of issue in the past so i can't comment on it... Though i would advice you to replace it asap as most dealers give 3 to 7 days on the spot replacement warranty

i get same 99, A3 error message.. But 2day i once had BSOD..

This thing is more worrisome... This happens bcoz of bad memory , motherboard or bad PSU...

Also Iam planning to get CM 120 SI2 4 IN 1 VALUE PACK @ Rs. 660+45.. but it seams to have 3 pin connector.. But i dont think the PSU has a 3 pin connector.. Is there some kind of connectors for these??

Okay for the DVD drives get the HP boxed ones or Lite-ON OEM pieces both perform better than the Sony boxed piece.

As for fans you need to plug the 3-pin connector (PWM connectors) onto the motherboard and when you run out of those on the motherboard you'll need to get 3-pin to Molex connectors (but be wary these fans will run full-blast and very noisy).
