I am sorry, the overall build is going around 63k, I am sorry but I am trying to keep it somewhere around 50k. worse case take it to 55k, not more than that.
Two questions though:
1. is the cooler important? Until I am not overclocking, won't a stock one work fine?
2. Which one is better? ASROCK 970 extreme4 or Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P?

  • CPU - AMD FX-6300 -7500, (Try to get quad when you buy everything)
  • Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3- Rs. 4300
  • GPU - Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X 2 GB -14000,
  • PSU - Corsair CX600 -4500,
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4 GB 1600MHz -3000 (get 4GB stick later)
  • HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1 TB -3500,
  • Cabinet: Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 -4300- You may go for a cheaper one by losing USB3 on front port.
  • Monitor: Dell S2240L LED IPS -8500,
  • Keyboard and mouse: Any Logitech keyboard, Logitech G400 gaming mouse.
  • Cooler: Stock.
  • TOTAL - Please do the math.

  • Gigabyte hands down. Asrock has below average after sales as of now in India.

Change the above MB to Gigabyte 970A-Ds3P or MSI but MSI Mobo does not have heatsink on its 970 series mobos which tends to heat a lot.
I once used Asrock Intel Mobo but its capacitors are not that much quality and they don't easily accept RMA.
Corsair is best in terms of RMA.Seasonic is also good but takes more time. There is not much price difference between AMD Quad or Six core.
So I suggest:

  • CPU - AMD FX-6300 -7500,
  • Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P- Rs. 7000
  • GPU - Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X 2 GB -14000,
  • PSU - Corsair CX600 -4500,
  • RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4 GB 1600MHz -3000,

  • TOTAL -55,500.
Buy a good Water Cooler from Corsair later.

You nailed it there. Perfect config.
