Budget 51-70k New PC - Dev workstation for around 60-65K

I am planning to build a PC as a dev workstation this week in bangalore - running multiple VMs, hadoop etc. Zero gaming. I am thinking about intel i7-4790K and 16 GB of ram, with everything else yet to be decided. I won't be buying any graphics card.

Need your suggestions on what should I buy. I have last build a PC long time back, so I am out of touch with current options.

    • Motherboard - any compatible motherboard with overclocking support
    • GPU - none - planning to use integrated one available with cpu
    • 128 GB SSD, 1TB 7200rpm
    • UPS - for 5-10 min power backup
    • Case - ?
    • Power Supply - ?
    • CPU cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO probably

  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • No upgrade planned at this moment
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • Bangalore - need help here. E.g., what's best place to buy. What's best practice if I buy components from say Golcha on s p road. Should I get it build then and there itself to ensure that parts are ok?
