Budget 15-20K New phone for mom

Hey guys need a new phone for my mom. She loves to take pictures and hence a really great camera is needed. Budget is upto 20k. Please suggest likewise!
OS preferred is either Android or Windows. She is new to both so i will walk her through either. I have shortlisted the Lumia 620 but i want more models to decide from. Sorry for not filling out the template.

And as per your limited info I believe lumia 720 is the best contenderr in that range. Heck you will even save some money.

I don't think there's any other phone under 20k category that beats Lumia 720's camera. It's splendid. And the battery will last for 2 days easily on regular usage. And if she's on instagram, she can use this app called instance. Works like a charm.

Wait, you can get SGS2 from ebay for about 15-16K which also has a supreme camera. Don't know about the update issues with it.

Ha ha. Even I don't trust whoever I shop with online. But it's a leap of faith we have to take. I've just seen these links on: http://www.ebay.in/sch/Mobile-Phone...mpt=IN_Mobile_Phones&rt=nc&LH_ItemCondition=3 Most of them come with Seller's warranty as they're imported and unlocked upon request.
