New PSP lite in India?

Hey guys, how r ya all?

I want to buy a PSP for myself. :clap: Is the new PSP (PSP 2000 -slim version :cool2: ) available in India? Officially? If not, what is its grey market price? Where in Mumbai can I get the best deal?

TE console gurus, plz help me. BTW, Thanks for reading.

TV out is pretty tempting. I wish there was some kind of exchange offer. Come on, Sony! Do something good in India for once.:@
 
U wont be able to use the TV out until u got an HDTV with u ..

or an oldie with a progressive scan option..

The TV out option is only realised when one has a component cable input compatible TV , if u dont have that then no use.

And yea.. u dont get the fullscreen option ... there are black borders all along the game.. all four sides.. and the section displaying the game aint too big..

so IMO one shdnt rely/expect too mch from the TV out option from the new psp ..

Sony aint stupid to provide all the goodies in a single hand held console .. else the peeps wdnt purchase their PS 3s...
 
Wtf? The PSP falls short of the PS2 graphics wise and I still need progressive scan? That sucks!

Right, because the generation in graphical differences is hardly noticable/ doesn't matter.
 
The tv out of UMD movies on the psp brings out dvd quality on your tv's.

And yeah the bad thing about it is you need the component cables input supported :P

Wonder why they did this...
