Two new Quake 4 screen shots

Yes, it looks awesome. But it beginning to look more and more like an expansion pack to Doom 3, IMO. Of course, it is using the Doom 3 engine and so on, but at least they will put in some outdoor areas with a lot of freedom of movement unlike the seriously claustrophobic corridors and tight twisty spaces of Doom 3.

Well what do u expect? Quake 2 was dark and dingy in most places as well. But still it remains as one of my favorite shooters till date just for the pace of the game.

i just hope tht its multiplayer is as good as the earlier quake series...otherwise its of no use 2 me...
