PC Peripherals New Rig : 40k Budget (Intel Based)

Hi Guys,

Need to build a new rig based on Intel for my younger bro. I have never made Intel rigs in my life so have now clue about there processor performances. Please recommend within 40k Budget. Also please suggest reff prices, i am from Delhi.

This is what i could make out looking through the forums here and from other sites.

Mobo : Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P ( Looks Solid, )

Proccy : Intel E8600 or a Quad ( Too confused, need VFM with decent
performace at stock speed, will use stock cooler for now, will replace with thermalright 120 later)

Gfx: 1 x Sapphire 4850 new custom cooler or Sonic ( will be based upon price)

Ram : 2x2gb (Gskill Pi Blacks)

Hard Disk : 1 x 7200.12 Seagate 500gb Single Platter

Monitor : 19" or 22" Acer or Dell or Samsung ( price matters)

PSU : Corsair 4850 ( Rs.4000)

Speakers: ATP 3 ( only need 2.1)

Kb/ Mouse: Microsoft Basic

UPS : APC / Microtek 650 or 1kv .. single battery

Cabinet: any Cooler master full tower
Please help me in choosing a vfm config, feel free to suggest any other component recomendation is you feel.

this looks a very nice setup .. how is E7400 compared to E8600 in terms of real life performance .. also, if i go with stock cooler now and which component would you recommend spending 2.2k saved on ??

I am asking this because for next 6 months this rig will sit in 24x7 ac environment

I havnt included kbd,mouse, UPS in above config, So no spare 2.2k

E7xxx r best VFM, even w/ stock cooler, U can atleast push to 3.2~.

Mate the one said by Sidhu is pretty good if you only want intel but dude you can get a amazing config from amd the new X3's are amazing value for money

AMD Phenom II X3 720BE + Biostar 790GX 128m - 13300 or less thats value there

41k thats one amazing config i would say...if you get the pi blacks a lil more...
