New Rig Decided , Please comment/suggest something better if needed.

The config is as follows.

CPU:- Intel Core I5 2500k

Mobo:-Intel DH67-BL

Ram:- Corsair XMS3 1600Mhz 4gb

GPU:- Sapphire AMD Radeon 6950 2gb Dirt3 edition

Power Supply:- Seasonic S12II 620 watts

Cooler Master Elite 311 Cabinet or Nzxt gamma .(have heard Cooler master elite 311 is better)

Please suggest if any changes are to be done to this config .

Will be ordering tommorow itself so any quick suggestions are welcome

I guess getting a p67mobo would be a better option for 2500k as it wont oc on h67

Overclocking not needed actually , my friend wont overclock but if its present in the same price range then fine , isnt it something like Intel Boards cant be overclocked i need to buy gigabyte or MSI right , if you can suggest a good board for that i am open to that , actually i have doubts in mind for the motherboard only if somethign better can be had for the same price range (16k combo CPU+MOBO) , and other confusion is regarding the cabinet.
