@Mainak777 this is what I suggest --

Intel Core i5 3570 ~14000/-
Intel DH77-KC ~6500/- OR GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/-
Corsair Vengeance OR G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x2 1600MHz ~3200/-
HP / ASUS (boxed) optical drive ~1100/-
Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB ~4200/-
OCZ Vertex4 128GB ~7500/-
AMD HD7870 2GB ~17500/- OR GTX660Ti ~21000/- OR AMD HD7950 3GB ~23500/-
Corsair TX v2650W ~5800/-
Corsair Carbide 400R ~5000/-
DeLL Ultrasharp U2312M ~15500/-
LOGITECH G400 (OR G300) ~1500/-
LOGITECH G105 ~2500/-
APC BR1100VA-IN ~5000/-
[audio peripherals at your discretion]

  • No need for a third-party cooler since you are not over-clocking.
  • And no need for a Core i7 if gaming is #1 priority.
  • Yes the HD7950 3GB and the GTX660Ti will be fine with the Corsair SMPS
Hope this helps, Cheerio!

there is another GIGABYTE board too..
link 1 Buy Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Motherboard in Mumbai India
and another costly asus board link 2 Asus P8H77-V Intel H77 Chipset Motherboard

should i go for the cheap GIGABYTE board? will it be able to handle the HD 7970 ??

Dude might as well go for the GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H if you want to go for the cheapest Intel Ivy-Bridge offering.

No the second GIGABYTE is no better than the ASUS µATX offering.

The ASUS full-ATX board is good though, super expensive as well.

Hope this helps and a Merry Christmas to you. =] Cheers!

Sure, if you can find it nothing like it.

Yes the GTX670 is a good performer and can easily hold its own against the HD7950 3GB. Yes the motherboard and the Corsair SMPS will be enough to run the graphic cards you have listed sans issues. Cheerio!

ok mate...how is the Dell ST2440L monitor and BenQ 24 inch LED - GW2450HM monitor??i know U2312M is more better..

Both are TN-panel based systems hence do not expect the colour reproduction / viewing angles of the latter-most.

That said on a tight budget I suggest that you go for the DeLL 24' monitor.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

dell one is VA panel based monitor i think?? isn't it??

Should i choose 22" monitor with 1080p resolution or a 24" monitor with 1080p resolution for watching movies and gaming purposes? which will suit better??
