I would suggest you to hunt down galaxy advance. With some coupons you may get it under 12k.
We have 1 selling in the forums if you have no issues with the 2nd hand devices.

Go for the Lenovo you've narrowed down, I don't think you'll get anything with better specs than it, unless you go for a Xolo or Micromax.

Galaxy S Advance at this budget with some coupons. Do keep it in mind unless your intended use does not change this is a good phone otherwise it will look average. If open to WP8 then Lumia 620. However Lumia 620 wont get FM Radio and Bluetooth 4.0 activated in next update.

P.S. - I have read Gaming as intended use of OP.

If you are open to rooting (not talking custom ROMs) you can remove the bloatware from the device to get better performance. Most phones are loaded with bloatware that you cannot remove by default.

Performance is just OK . Built in media player sucks ,not playing many files .I am using Mxplayer ,this can play full hd files as well.
Not worth for 15 K +.

Try rooting it and using Titanium Backup (free app) you can remove all the bloatware apps. Should speed up your phone a bit and more importantly free up some internal memory.

You can even try dabbling with custom ROMs but do note that Custom ROMs can screw up your phone if you don't follow instructions.

However rooting is generally safe if you follow the instructions properly. Be warned however that rooting can void your warranty. That said Rooting is a two way process so you can unroot your device if required once you have removed all the bloatware.
