http://flickerdown.com/ -> run by a guy called Dave Graham. Pricing seems to be decent, I've dealt with the guy @ HardOCP, no worries. He does international shipping, via Western Union money orders, + 25$ for the shipping to India. Opteron prices could be lower though, about 10$ more than the Egg, but the international shipping should outweigh that.
 
There is the problem.

At the moment WU only allows to receive money here last time i checked. Cant send money abroad.

funky is right, you can't send money via WU from India... but PayPal should work, so you might want to check with him.
 
What about Customs when it gets here? Wouldnt it create a whole list of problems, considering the fact that youve ordered a Proccessor. :|

And would the guy declare the value as 10$ if the buyer wanted that???

he probably meant 10$ as a gift to the customs....:bleh:
 
It means your PayPal account should be Europe/Aus/NZ/Canada-based... this is a requirement because transfers from other country accounts will attract PayPal fees and he will end up receiving 5% less than the transferred amount.

Although, it's funny that he's not accepting funds from a US-based account.
