New Website Development Cost Estimate

Hi All,

One of my friends is developing an e-commerce website and would like to know the rough cost estimate of the same. He might also outsource some of his work to India so people into ecommerce website development are invited to submit their feedback/cost estimates.

His requirements are below:

* Code backend functionality of a small e-commerce website
* Add database for inventory, customer information, orders, invoicing, promotional and reporting functionality
* Build in locale support for multi language if needed
* Include content management for easy updating, new campaigns, etc
Front end design will be done by another developer before being passed to backend developer.

Would be grateful if I could get the estimates by tomorrow morning.

Err, no but a small ecommerce website (I repeat SMALL, with multi language support. Like a small SOHO company;s website).
Dont have any sample website in mind as of now though.
