Monitors New widescreen monitor for gaming under 6k.

Samsung B2030N ~ 6500/- [20" screen, 1600 x 900 resolution, LED backlight]

Currently due to $ rates going up, prices have gone up and thus 18.5" monitors are more comfortable in your budget ~ 6200/- [tentative pricing], by increasing your budget ~ 1500/- you get more more screen space and a 720p capable monitor, decide whatever suits you.

Hi is the dell 2030 matte or glossy panel...

Am also considering the LG2041 . I want a matte display. Can anybody advise if the dell 2030 and LG2041 are matter displays. The dealer here has no clue and has boxed peices...
 
Acer has a best monitor just in your range (Rs. 5800). I compared it with all the monitors before buying and it didn't disappoint me.

Try Acer S201HL. LED 20" 1366x768, 12million:1 contrast ratio, 176/176 viewing angle, 11.96W
