play.com "accidently" leaked the name of the next-gen(x360) prince of persia title. Titled "Prince of Persia: Ghost of the Past"

Hahahaha, Ghost of the Past? Titles don't get any more uncreative or hilarious. After the whole change in attitude in Warrior within, I wouldn't be surprised if in this game, the prince is suddenly portrayed as money-grubbing miser who has to undergo all sorts of trials to make up for his greed.
 
It was said that TT was the last installment in the "SOT" series. Doesnt mean they can never make a POP game again.
 
^^Thats how "accidental" leaks happen most of the time ;). Btw i never mentioned this being a x360 exclusive so please do not make assumptions. Most likely this is a "next-gen" multi-platform title. The title sounds like it could be a prequel....
 
well if its true its gonna be for PC too.

after all POP games were made for PC.

any how Assassins creed looks like almost a clone of POP.
 
Even I've heard of rumors of PoP 4 in works to be published by UBISOFT... You all know how these guys are... greedy as EA so I guess we will see PoP 4 soon but don't know what will be the final name....
 
Assasin's Creed is made by the same developers as POP SOT from Montreal...no wonder it has an uncanny similarity to it :) wonder when it is coming

Except that any building, architecture is scalable in AC, the gameplay is more like free-running/parkour(which is pretty exciting). The story has a sci-fi twist and there are a lot more characters (comprising of townsfolk etc) on-screen unlike pop which only has enemies.
 
like Parkour :P man parkour videos are awesome.

A.C will be similar to it but with small weapon sticking out from his hand :P
