I can purchase it via my india play store A/C . Imported Pieces are for 14,500 . Is the 1500 Premium worth it since they carry international warranty ?

Not necessarily so.

I ordered my Nexus 4 from the German Play store last month. While the order stated that the phone was purchased from Ireland, it was actually shipped from within Germany itself.
